Mission Statement
The mission of the Baldwin Early Learning Center is to teach children Christian values in a safe and loving environment.
Baldwin Early Learning Center provides affordable child care for the surrounding community, incorporates developmentally appropriate activities for developing school readiness, social interaction and emotional development in a loving atmosphere and safe environment.
Baldwin Early Learning Center affords children the opportunity to develop their faith in God while establishing an environment that is safe and secure where everyone is accepted and that reflects the love of God and the influence of Christian belief. Qualified teachers support children’s interests as a motivation for learning. This approach fosters a love of learning, curiosity, and self-direction.
Affiliation Statement
Baldwin Early Learning Center is affiliated with the Baldwin United Methodist Church as a part of its mission of community outreach.
Reverend Mike Beiber is the Pastor of the church. Pastor Mike loves children and enjoys his Bible time with them. Pastor Kim enjoys her time with the children, also. They have some exciting discussions!
Our Staff
Our Center has a group of warm, loving, caring educators who are dedicated to the early childcare profession with a true love and compassion for children and learning. Our teachers hold degrees in education or a related field and many of our assistants are working towards their degrees! All of our staff are committed to teaching through the use of the most current developmentally appropriate practices.

School Director
Miss. CeCe
Miss CeCe earned her Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Walden University and is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for young children. Miss. CeCe believes in building a nurturing environment where children feel safe, families feel connected, and every child is encouraged to explore, grow, and learn through curiosity, creativity, and joy.

Assistant Director
Miss. Theresa
Miss. Theresa has completed her 90-Hour Early Childhood Education Certificate and is qualified to work with children of all age groups. She brings years of experience, dedication, and a passion for supporting young learners. Miss Theresa enjoys helping in classrooms, encouraging teachers, and creating a positive environment where every child feels supported, valued, and ready to learn.

Pre-K Lead Teacher
Miss. Kim
Miss. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts from Salisbury State University and brings many years of experience working with children. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating a supportive environment where children feel confident, valued, and encouraged to grow. Miss. Kim enjoys helping children develop independence while celebrating their unique strengths and abilities.

Preschool Lead Teacher
Miss. Virginia
Miss. Virginia earned her Early Childhood Development and Child Care Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College and has completed her ADA training. She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences where children can explore, discover new skills, and grow through hands-on activities and play. Miss. Virginia enjoys supporting each child’s development while encouraging confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Little Room Lead Teacher
Miss. Morgan
Miss. Morgan has completed her 45-Hour Preschool, 45-Hour Child Growth and Development, and ADA training. She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences through creative activities, exploration, and hands-on discovery. Miss. Morgan enjoys building positive relationships with children and supporting their growth in a fun, encouraging, and nurturing environment.

Little Room Support Staff
Miss. Brooklynn
Miss. Brooklynn is a high school student who has earned her Teacher’s Aide Certificate and enjoys working with young children. She brings positive energy, patience, and encouragement into the classroom while supporting children’s learning and development. Miss. Brooklynn is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where children feel happy, supported, and inspired to learn.

Tiny Tots Lead Teacher
Miss. Noriah
Miss Noriah is a fully certified Lead Teacher with 45-hour certifications in Preschool, Infant & Toddler, and Growth & Development, along with ADA and Basic Health & Safety training. She loves working with children and creating a warm, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow.

Tiny Tots Teacher Aid
Miss. Frances
Miss. Frances has completed her ADA training and Teacher’s Aide Certificate and brings many years of experience working with children. She is passionate about creating a caring, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Preschool Lead Teacher
Miss. Beverlin
Miss. Beverlin is a Lead Qualified Teacher with her Child Care Certification and ADA training. She has experience working with children in early childhood settings and is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can grow and thrive.

School Age Lead Teacher
Miss. Karlie
Miss. Karlie is a college student with a passion for early childhood education. She has completed her 45-Hour School-Age course and ADA training and enjoys creating engaging, hands-on activities that inspire children to learn, explore, and grow. Miss. Karlie is dedicated to building positive relationships with children while fostering a fun, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.

Support Staff
Miss. Jada
Miss. Jada is a high school student who is currently completing her Teacher’s Aide Certificate and 9-Hour Communication course. She enjoys helping children learn through play while encouraging kindness, confidence, and curiosity every day. Miss. Jada is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where every child feels valued and excited to learn.

Senior Support Staff
Miss. Ny’Teona
Ms. Ny’Teona brings several years of experience working with young children and a warm, patient approach to the classroom. She has completed 45 hours in Child Growth & Development, 45 hours in Infant & Toddler Care, 9 hours in Communication, and ADA training. Her patience, consistency, and dedication to helping children learn and grow make her a wonderful addition to the Baldwin Early Learning Center team!

Miss. Skylar is a college senior who has completed her ADA training and Teacher’s Aide Certificate. She is passionate about encouraging children’s creativity and helping them develop new skills through play, exploration, and hands-on learning experiences. Miss. Skylar enjoys creating a positive and supportive environment where children feel confident to discover, learn, and grow.
